The Volkswagen Marathon is not just the most popular of the sport events in Prague, it without a doubt belongs to one of the most beautiful marathons in Europe. Why? It’s a wonderful combination of sightseeing, workout and fun. Some of you will know this run very well. It’s super popular in US as well as many other countries around the world. It’s often described as the “Happiest 5k on the Planet”. Official promotion says that it’s a run celebrating healthiness, happiness, individuality, and giving back to the community. It’s more about the joy and craziness than about your race time. As the name suggests, bright and shiny colors color runners every kilometer. So by the end of the race, you’re covered from head to your toe.
