Thank you for visiting our website. By booking online through our secure system, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation deadline

We apply a standard 24-hour free cancellation policy. After 24 hours, a 100% cancellation fee is applied. No-shows at the meeting point are non-refundable.
Your ticket is only valid for the program and date purchased. You can amend the date or time latest 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
Bookings cancelled over 24 hour free of charge cancellation deadline are entitled to full refund. Please note that the refund process may take up to 14 working days.
The walking tours run in all weather, so please dress accordingly.
We may change the tour itinerary without notice due to construction, city events, or festivals.
To receive the student rate, you need to present a valid student ID when joining the tour.
We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or loss of money and personal items during tours. Please have your own travel insurance.
A confirmation voucher and receipt will be emailed once payment is verified. If not received within 30 minutes, check your spam folder first or contact reservations@absolutetours.com.
You may submit any complaints to reservations@absolutetours.com within 7 days following the end of the program. Complaints after this period are not accepted.

Your Privacy

At Absolute Tours (DCE-Hungary Ltd), we handle your personal data—such as name, address, and email—in strict accordance with data protection laws. We won't sell or pass your information to third parties. However, we may use it for our own marketing and statistical purposes. When necessary, we'll share your data with our online booking system, FareHarbor, to complete your reservation.
